There is no website anywhere where a non-Realtor can see “coming soon” properties in the North Bay – Bareis MLS does not release data for that use. But we can set you up to get an email alert as properties are staged “coming soon” – you get a head start over everyone else looking.

We also do intensive off-market searches for serious buyers, all the time. In these searches, we reach out directly to our contacts who are more interested in selling, but not quite ready to list, and we definitely do get bites.
